Re: ooma forum

They do have a cover forum, but it's not very active. That's usually the barometer that's used.

I looked under the VOIP forum. It is not listed.

It needs to be listed here

»VOIP

Maybe mods/admins can add this.

Cover forums don't get listed on that page.

Not only is the cover forum largely inactive, Ooma doesn't generate much discussion in the 'main' VoIP Tech Chat forum.
Since 1-Jan-2012 - topics by month:

Feb - 1
Mar - 1
Apr - 0
May - 3
Jun - 1
Jul - 2
Aug - 0
Sept - 4

There just doesn't seem to be enough to warrant a "main page forum".

Re: ooma forum

people are posting ooma questions in other forums instead of VOIP because there is no section labeled OOMA in the VOIP section.

19 references/posts ooma posts in ATT SOUTHEAST
14 references in general

I could keep going but wont. i didnt even know there was something called a cover forum until someone mentioned it

There are a lot of companies that are discussed significantly more than Ooma, and don't have their own dedicated forum. Voip.ms and Callcentric come immediately to mind.

They all get discussed in the very active VoIP Tech Chat forum - where a separate posting tag for Ooma exists.
