Re: NCIX... wtf? I always buy from NCIX and have never had problems. You can send them an e-mail on your order page asking about that specific invoice. I have found they get back to me quite quickly (sometimes minutes but not less than a day). BTW. where is your item being shipped from and did you use a credit card? If you aren't a regular, it takes longer. Shipping from Toronto is also faster. And the web page can also be slow to update.
