WOW_Dan, I called today about adding a second digital adapter. I currently have one and I'd like to add another one for a TV in my basement. I was told that it is $2/month. I was shocked because most other cable providers offer 2 for no charge. I am a brand new customer (less than 6 months now). Is their anything that I can do? I mean Comcast and BrightHouse both give 2 for free!!

To be honest, I don't know a lot about pricing of equipment, or anything billing related. I believe it's only 1 free DTA, but I'm not exactly the person to ask. If other providers offer two for free, you can talk to customer service about matching that offer, but I don't really know the policies for billing.
reply to interconnect At the time that they were sending them out initially, they would give out two free adapters through 2012, but after that they're $2/month for any quantity.
