iPhone 5 on Verizon Won't Support Simultaneous Voice/Data → It's not..

It's not a bug, it's a feature. They need something to sue over when iPhone6 launches with Data + Voice concurrent capability.
Next week they will file for a patent for Voice + data capability.

Knowing Verizon, they will probably only allow simultaneous voice + data with the new shared plans when iPhone 6 comes out this time next year with this feature enabled.
