Congrats! Anyone know how the profile switching works? I'm still 15/1.5 but my buddy who lives 2 mins from me is now 20/2 I technically can't complain because I am paying for 15/1.5 but...... ; ) Try rebooting your modem Dunlop.

Did Videotron remove the ability to login to the modem directly? I was able when I first signed up but now do not even get a login screen |

Yes, even if you paid for the modem, Vidéotron decided that you should not access some pages of your own modem. |
