I must be the long lost 5th member!
I have had them since well before the Sunrocket buyout / conversion (still using my Sunrocket Gizmo) and I have only had two issues...
A) they tend to take their payment pretty much whenever they feel like it... I have watched the dates and they change every month. For 7 months running, they were taking it one day earlier than the previous month; now it just seems purely random.
B) Last week, I lost all service for 5 days and it took 2 tickets and level 3 tech support to push new software to my Gizmo to get it fixed.
Other than that, for what I use the home phone for, I am more than happy with the pricing and the service.--
