You have to do 8/8Heroic and all of the regular mode achievements.
You are incorrect sir... you only need 6/8 for the Drake achieve, in fact they removed Heroic Spine as requirement on 5.0.4.
And all achieves are interchangable between characters except the Chromatic champion. say one toon has 6/8 H and another has the metas you'll get the drake..
Ya so if you have 2 toons then you could have one do heroic and one do achevs that week.
Other than the maddness one it'd be an easy way to get them all.
I actually got taste the rainbow on heroic because the RL opted to let 3 waves of 4 come through, ya it was a pug but mostly run by toons from the server's #1 guild.
