When something goes wrong!
Acanac is good until something goes wrong with your building, your unit or your modem.
Reaching the technical support or accounting department is impossible. I have waited for hours in their phone support and couldn't speak to a human.
They answer only email requests not in 24hrs nor 48 hours but sometimes after a week.
After my internet disconnected, I submitted a ticket and filled up a diagnostic form but didn't get reply from them.
Finally yesterday and today, I requested cancellation and refund for the rest of my contract. Still no response.
It has been 12 days that I don't have internet and I don't know the resolution. I just find websites like this to share my experience so what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else.
