| [Troubleshooting] Samsung Convoy trouble My mother has a Samsung Convoy II (on my share everything plan) and it has developed a problem where the ringer is very soft but the alert tones are normal volume. I tried going through all of the menus but could not find the appropriate settings other than Master Volume (which is set to Max). The ringer needs to be loud as my mother has a hearing loss. The ringer was fine until recently. Verizon does not have a good selection of basic phones, just ten or so but they have plenty of smartphones (which are not as popular with the 50 plus crowd). And we will never go prepaid either.

I wish I still lived in Iowa; Everything there from rent and groceries to Cable TV is much cheaper in Iowa (especially with an overbuilder in town). |
