[Signals] T3, T2 Timeouts, Sync, MDD....WTF is with my modem?

I went out of town for 2 days, left my internet on, used my IP to remote desktop my other computer here and on Friday 9/14 I was having ALOT of trouble getting connected or staying connected. Here is the log from my UBEE DDM3513

Now my Up and Down power levels have increased to their threshold, and I am losing connection constantly. I do know someone moved upstairs into the apartment above me and had cable installed. The tech left the box open, and a mess of wires connected, disconnected, frayed, RG-59, wrong connectors ETC. Someone needs to do an audit of the box(es) at 520 N 38th Ave, Hattiesburg, MS 39401 "Point 'O Woods" apartments...and clean them up. I htink that is where my current and previous problems stem from....
I'll send you a pic of the box destroyed if you want....
