I updated one modem with the update_D240_A8M_106-65_1210_v1r.exe firmware and noticed the performance was actually worse then with the original Bell firmware

Upstream Train Rate before: 800000 / after: 704000
SNRC before: 11 / after: 6
CRC Errors seems to be going up faster as well
