Alternately, the Flex system from ARC on 5 GHz to take advantage of the lower cost CPE (ARCFlexUSB at $39)

The Pop/equipment would be hosted in a trailer that is no longer used and belongs to the property owner, so it will be secure. a small TV tower is also available if needed- approx. 48feet in the air since the train is flat and not many trees.
