It will end when we can get another ISP but seeing how windstream is mainly making money off the "well who else is going to give you internet" plan why should they even bother to fix it.

our is the same was told our area was "over sold" again whata shocker and that it should be fix sometime in Step so I guess for the next two + months our interent is jsut useable from 9pm to 12.

Know what you mean. Four weeks ago I had a solid 1.5 Mbps download and 0.38 Mbps upload. Called because of noinse on phone bad enough you could not carry a conversation. Field techs fixed the noise and internet took a dive down to 154 kbps down and 381 kbps upload. Called again to fix internet. So far they have been out 3 times to fix internet and now I am getting

Thing is the last 2 times the tech was here I was told in person and on the phone that they would be back the next day and fix the issue. Well so far no show either time and I had to call in again for a tech to come out again. This thrip Thursday will be number 5 in 4 weeks. Hopefully they get the idea that I really want this fixed. Also hopefully someone shows up before they have an hour left in their day on a morning appointment. This has already cost me a part time job that I did had for 5 years but not anymore. Client got tired of me calling and having to cancel work cause Windstream can not get the line fixed like we did have before.

I wonder if they have that ad talking about streaming cause you know when you can barely watch someone else streaming you should just start your own stream with half a MB upload.
