GOLDNSQUID @windstream.net	reply to nOv1c3 I am in the same boat as you in South Ga. The problem is they have no competition and get money from the government along with most of the people in the rural areas they provide don't really understand how they are being screwed. I signed up on Twitter just so I could vent about it. I suggest everyone start doing that maybe we can get it trending then someone who can do something will take notice.

We have no real competition either ;( Guess i,ll have to start calling tech everyday maybe get my bill cut in half maybe then i can get an answer on a fix All my years with windstream i have never had an issue with the speeds . Have always been latency issues

If you take a look at most aggregated switch traffic at the major carrier hotels/internet exchanges/etc., you'll notice that traffic is always much lower on Saturday and Sunday.
