Damn thutchings6 , Thats awfull for so early in the morning

Mine is fine between 12 am and 4 pm , But its starting to get earlier and earlier when the problems start , used to be 7 to 12 now its 4 to 12 , Its 3 pm now and i can already see my latency climbing and jumping all over the place

We are Both on opposite sides of town . so i,m guessing all the problems are from the windstream CO server room down town

30% 40% packet loss again tonight and i cant even load a speed test page . Its so slow pages are timing out

You can post on here till you are blue in the face, not gonna change a thing. Please email, call, your state representatives, your attorney general, and the public utilities commission. Everyone in these affected areas have to do this or windstream will keep overselling its bandwidth and you will never have service. This is all over their network, its not just you, its huge.

Tonight's test 10% packet loss to first node , The techs are working on it , seem we still have issue with level 3 in fort-worth , Dallas speeds test showing 3mb But you can bet 90% of my traffic goes through level 3 in fort-worth

If its so huge, and its been going on for years...HOW IN THE WORLD is this company still in business?! Obviously, there's no about of bitching we can do on here, or to anyone else for that matter that is going to fix this shit. The only option we have is to leave, and that means go without an ISP for most of us...

I know it cwine , Been with this company for 8 years ad we always have trouble times we go through that takes them forever to fix

Maybe we can get the local paper to run an article on the issues and have every one call windstream support lol

14% packet loss again tonight and speeds test was so slow it was timing out , so i,m guessing slower than Dialup

Called support again last night and was put on hold for about 5 minutes , She came back and said we had a latency issue still on going and no ETR , Guess she getting latency and bandwidth mixed up lol

She said The engineers are looking at it , But she couldn't tell me what they found or how they plan on fixing it :/

Going on 3 months since i started this thread and i imagine the issues started long before that

I live in Sugar Land, TX and also use Windstream as my ISP. I live in the Broadstone New Territory apartments so my only options are Ygnition and Windstream.

I am currently paying for 12MB/s Down and .7MB/s Up and have been having very similar issues to you for the past week nOv1c3. I have called tech support 3 times over the past week and each time have had my issue unresolved.

Every time they send a technician out to my house the internet is doing fine because the technician comes out early in the day. By the evening the internet goes back down to less than 1MB/s and I call them again.

This final call I had with them today I was told that they could try to send a technician again and if the issue was unresolved I could contact the business department and lodge a complaint. End of story.

I immediately contacted Ygnition and was told they now offer 20MB/s Up AND Down. I seriously doubt the lady knew what she was talking about because 20MB/s Up seems absurd but I'm willing to give it a shot for a month because my internet quality directly translates to the quality of my life.

If the issues in my area aren't fixed within the next couple of days then Windstream will be down 1 more customer. Not that I really think they care.

I,m really fooking sick of this ,The speeds drops are bad enough but i have to deal with this packet loss , makes doing anything even with the speed drops a pain in the arse
