[CA] Slow in Goleta

We've been having a serious slow down for several days now. I'd power off the cable modem and the router, start them back up, sometimes it would work, sometimes it would still be slow.
Can you guys take a look at this? east side of Fairview and north of 101 area. SB6120 and WRT54GS.
