This can be construed almost as a "Black swan" or an offering that could not exist or even be imagined. Customers will now be asking :  Why is a company capable of such speeds at THAT price with NO caps? The mere fact that people may be envious of Kansas City as an Internet High-Speed-Low-Price Heaven is an indication that there are at least customers who discovered the &#147;Black Swan of Internet Access&#148;. Telcos and Cablecos will be faced with tremendous challenges to provide speed(upload and download) and lower prices. ]]></description>
