..if we had that type of connection here. Heck, I'd take a 65/65 for less since I mainly need upstream.

Getting upstream is the problem so having 65 up for cheaper is not happening. There's not enough return path to offer it on DOCSIS (yet).

I guess you can always get full business accounts though - i'm sure they will give you 10Gbps upload for a price no problem!
