I've talked to a few reps and they keep saying they don't offer that discount anymore. Before when I renewed I was able to get a free dvr for 12 months and 20 dollars off as well for 12 months. <description><![CDATA[PaCK Fan posted : I just had a similar issue with the Fios App for iPhone.  I use that to pay my Fios bill but for the past few times I have gotten an error message when submitting the payment info so I wound up paying on the verizon website.  Anyway, I started off with technical support at 800-Verizon and got bounced all over the place.  Even had a payment specialist with Fios services tell me this was a Verizon Wireless issue since it involved my iPhone, totally missing the point.  Finally got a girl on the Fios tech side who let me know that yes, they have an issue with the app and are working on fixing it.  Of course, the app has no contact info to report problems with the actual app.    How hard is it to get the internal word out that "hey, our Fios App for iPhone is not able to take payments at this time, so if you get a call blah blah blah"... ]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[carloliveira posted : Just renewed my FIOS services (TV, Internet, Phone) after my original 2 year contract for 69.99 month ended in July 2012. I renewed my services online for a better offer than what they offered over the phone 89.99 a month for 2 years. The phone offer was 89.99 for one year and 109.99 for the second year.<br><br>Just got my first bill and bang it said 109.99. Called customer service billing they said sorry we are different from the online renewal take it up with them. Was transfered to every department in verizon and they all just sort of blew me off to someone else that was like dude im tech support i have nothing to do with billing. Finally got some genius that was saying he was king dinga ling and said he would call me back and all this great stuff after I proved it to him with the renewal receipt code that the offer was 89.99 month for 24 months, which he verified and said yeah man your right it says 89.99 for 24 months, he never called back anyway to tell me they corrected the issue.....<br><br>I guess my question is, IS THIS COMMON OR HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE?????<br><br>What am I left to do any suggestions????]]></description>
