I'm on Comcast as well (have the performance w/powerboost package). I usually get 24 MB down and 4 MB up on speedtests.
I clicked on your link almost 10 minutes ago, and the page still has yet to load for me. It has not timed out yet, just still trying to load.
I wonder if its a routing issue? I know ping tests don't say much, but look at the time it takes. Seems high to me.
Here's a ping to the site. Note that it does reply, but has a high time (avg 144 ms).
