Has anyone heard of Sunland Access?

Recently I have seen ground signs that just say "Sunland Access" on them not far from where I live. Someone just recently started placing them every mile or so in my area. No website or any other information on them. I thought maybe this could be a new ISP in my area. I googled the words and found nothing. This is in southeast Louisiana. Does anyone know what Sunland Access is?

My guess would be its a paid hotspot service. Have you tried looking for WiFi by that name in those places

No I haven't. I'm still trying to find out what it means. I know businesses often like to advertise their service before it actually comes so we'll see what happens. I can't even find anything about Sunland access on Google though.
