[KS] Sporadic disconnects and packet loss I have been experiencing quite a few instances of my router/modem combo disconnecting from the internet over the past few weeks. I called and was told that there have been a few outages recently, but the problems have started occurring everyday. Also, packet loss varies from 2-10% consistently according to pingtest. What information do I need to find out to get the people at Cox to actually try to help me solve my issues?

I'm gonna guess the OP isn't from KC, since the closest Cox services to the KC metro is Topeka.
