| [KS] Sporadic disconnects and packet loss I have been experiencing quite a few instances of my router/modem combo disconnecting from the internet over the past few weeks. I called and was told that there have been a few outages recently, but the problems have started occurring everyday. Also, packet loss varies from 2-10% consistently according to pingtest. What information do I need to find out to get the people at Cox to actually try to help me solve my issues? |
