Has anyone been able to get the $20 dollar customer appreciation discount when they renew? I've talked to a few reps and they keep saying they don't offer that discount anymore. Before when I renewed I was able to get a free dvr for 12 months and 20 dollars off as well for 12 months. Thanks for the help.
