There's actually a website that technical support agents use to request that engineering actually go out and inspect a dslam and make any changes that they're able to. They're called the filtering group and I know for a fact that several agents are equipped with the tools to submit a ticket to their group. You can call 888-321-2375 and hope for the best. Most tickets take between 1 and 3 weeks to be reviewed and closed.
