"Normal" DSL Link StatsI've had uverse for about a month, and I'm just wondering what should be considered normal in terms of service. I occasionally get a TV freeze up here an there, though have seen TV outages of 30+ seconds on two occasions. Those have resolved themselves in about a minute.
My expectations are telecom industry goal of 99.999% (five-nines) reliablity. I'm just wondering what AT&T's standard is for UVERSE before complaining or cancelling.
5 minutes worth of DSL Unavailable seconds, and over 3 minutes of blocks errors doesn't quite cut it in my book.
Every time I noticed an issue, I take a look at the stats, and sure enough, its directly linked to the DSL line coming in, not the internal LAN.
