Apple → [iOS6] Maps not navigating

Not sure if this was mentioned in the 1500 other posts here (I read most, not all), the Maps app didn't navigate this morning. During the trip I clicked to stop navigation and started it again, it located my new location, but didn't navigate while driving, it showed as if I wasn't moving.
I turned Waze on and it was navigating, so GPS was working.
Anyone have the same issue?

iPhone 4? I think the only thing you get is an overview. Turn by turn is handled by Siri and that isn't available to the 4. I got directions, but I had to flip through them manually, just like I had to on 5.1.1.

Good thing I didn't trash Waze!

I noticed that unplugging from the audio jack no longer stops apps (radio apps formerly stopped when I unplugged).
