I recently bought a used Ubee DDM3513( Docsis3) from a thrift store. I was using a Zoom 5241(Docsis2) with no problems. Thinking that I might get better performance with the Ubee, I contacted Comcast & got it connected to my performance(12up/2down) service. Through 3 days of use, it was dropping its signal at least twice a day. Not seeing any faster speeds I went back to the Zoom. I would like to know if there's a problem the Ubee,Comcast, or compatibility with my router(Netgear WPN824v3). Any input would be appreciated.
