[HN9000] HughesNet is Sending a New Modem It took 2 emails to the BBB but Hughes corporate called today. I didn't have time to talk this morning but they did some tests on my modem and found that it needs replaced. I told them that it was just replaced a few months ago addressing this same problem and it didn't help. He is sending out a newer model modem. Can someone tell me what it might be and how it's different? I currently have the HN9000.
