My phone line was completely disconnected,so i had to call and reorder it,I now i have a dial tone they daid my order would be completed today at 8pm,but my dsl wont sync.Do i wait for the order to be completed and see if it synvs or do i have to call sonic.net?
Normally when a phone line is being disconnected the telco notifies the DSL provider which causes the DSL service to be canceled as well.
If you only spoke with AT&T then your DSL service most likely will not be restored. You have to contact Sonic.net (you may have to order new service which will take time).
If it was Sonic.net who told you that service will be restored today you should be fine.

You should contact our offices right away to confirm there is not line loss for the DSL. To restore it takes quite a few days and can be a pain. Any of our support technicians should be able to confirm if there is a loss of lineshare order in place on your account. Yeah sonic had to disconnect my dsl and reorder it,right now it says i have a dsl order in progress they said it would be back on the first or second week of october
