| problems with internet during the day i get about 3-6 mb download and 4.80 upload and at about 2 am-7 am i get 70+ download and 4.80 upload... while im playing games i constantly lose connection to it for about 1-2 seconds but i dont actually get dced from the game and im not really sure whats going on.. my internet is broadband 100 and im directly connected to the modem i dont have a router |

Agreed, contact a Shaw agent, at least start by getting your modem's signal levels checked.
