3 edits | Sorry to see you go... Thank you for taking the time to post your review however I wish you had contacted me prior to making the swtich as it is likely I would have been able to resolve this to your satisfaction. If you change your mind feel free to reach out to me.
Also....tracerts are a poor measure of anything as you can only see the outbound path which is not normally where the problem is doing you absolutely no good as the inbound path from the server you are connecting will likely take a different path. FTP and the other methods you suggested are notoriously inaccurate because you have again no idea of the quality of the inbound path nor status or loading of the connecting server or if they are using any form of traffic management or load balancing.
