You have to log into the router using your browser. Just type 192.168.0.1 into the address bar on your browser and then type in the password for the router.

Once logged in click on the "Modem" tab and you should then be able to see a display of the signal info for your cellular modem. What you see depends to some extent on which model modem you are using.

If you don't see the ec/lo info there then I would suggest plugging the modem directly into your computer and using the Verizon Access Manager software. There you can click on "Help" and then "WWAN device info" to see the signal info for your modem.
