Want to know why I didn't even after the salesperson offered me a somewhat nice deal on Ultimate Triple Play which included free installation and the Kindle?
* No tier pricing or transparency on the website. I had to call them to get any kind of pricing.
* No Double Play packages, at all. I don't want Voice and I was going to be penalized into "full price, no perks" without it.
* Even after I relented and offered to buy the Ultimate Triple play, it would still cost more than my current month-to-month deal with FiOS and I'd receive less channels (bye HBO) and speed.
What did I do wrong? I thought I was going to get more for my money and similar service. I'm not trying to be snarky or anything.
Can somebody walk me through the math, because I don't get it.
Extreme HD + HBO packaged in + 84/40 Quantum = $104.99 before boxes and taxes
iO Silver + 58/8 Boost + Voice I don't want = $160ish (before boxes and taxes?)
Cablevision couldn't even come close to beating that price without sacrificing HBO and the other movie channels to bring things down to $99.99. -- I know before you even speak that you're wrong.

reply to LLStarks I just came back to CV in August (Broadcast Basic only) but the person I spoke to at their office told me that they still offer Double Play options.
