Yeah ,when I first saw that, I thought I had jaundice!!  It's just betadine, left over from surgery. I guess they bathed my whole arm. It's even under my finger nails, and like ink to remove! Gee I forgot about betadine. Yeh that stuff takes forever to disappear.
