I upgraded to 50mbit one day... Everything was just fine! Then the next day or a few days after I purchased 100 as it was available.
I'm going to call and basically tell them I want to have "100mbit" but pay for 50 until I'm actually getting 100. I have no problem with their price but I'm not getting those speeds.... now even at off-peak hours.
If I have the time I will edit my OP and clean it up so it's not all disorganized. |
