[CT] Slow Speeds at Night...

scottct1 join:2002-01-28 Newington, CT	[CT] Slow Speeds at Night... Over the past few nights the speeds have dropped off to almost unusable speeds. When I wake up in the morning all is fine. As an example here is my speed test from this morning... 32.48 Mb/s down 9.16 Mb/s Up and a very nice 19MS Ping time. But at night it looks like this... 1.37 Mb/s down 8.97 Mb/s up and nice 18 MS Ping Time. I am a member of SamKnows for the FCC and these issues have been documented by SamKnows... SHoTTa35 @optonline.net	Do all you guys have D2 modems or something? Only reason I posted is because it just sounds like congestion. I'm on another ISP but seen same issues too in Westport/Fairfield,CT with people with D2 modems.

It was a partial outage, that caused peak-time speed issues between ~midnight sat till early this morning. It only affected CT but should be resolved and speeds should be back to normal.
