| We had a rather interesting and amusing discussion with our CFIB rep this week about that. The entire dairy "industry" is a sham in this country, and the most disturbing thing of all is that they've spent our money to convince people that their milk is somehow better and that we should feel privileged to pay much more money for it. |

There's quota's. You want into dairy you have to cut a deal with the three big dairy mob bosses like Saputo, I'm going to stop right there you can look up the remaining companies. There was bribes involved with Health Canada, and all kinds of shady business. In the end, Health Canada decided the heat was too high and did not approve the sale of rBST. Monsanto cried a bit, and took their ball home and went on to whipping up other fantastic products that will do some other God awful thing to the biosphere. I put them as #1 on my list of Companies most likely to kill all of mankind. End of the day, through the Magic of PR the average Canadian knows nothing of these things. wow....so it's not just the construction industry as we read, but also the dairy industry.... |

This is why it wasn't approved, but that certainly isn't what Canadian dairy farmers or those with an axe to grind will tell you. They want you to think American milk is bad and as a result Canadian milk is worth 2-3x as much money for the exact same product.

"Environmental Heath Practitioners" are well documented on Quackwatch. Anything someone using that label says can be taken with a grain of salt as it is simply not credible in any way, shape or form.
To put things into perspective, these are the same morons who think WiFi and cell phones make people sick. Unless you live in a Faraday cage and don't use a toaster, microwave or television inside it, you'll be exposure to natural levels of rf far exceeding that of cell phones or WiFi. |

No, I just have a basic understanding of just how much RF there is in the natural environment and how much there already is in the home - and at much higher levels than wifi and cell phones - to understand that the whole idea that the minuscule levels of rf put out by wifi is a problem is so bloody retarded that only a moron would believe it.
Like I said, unless you live in a Faraday cage and don't use a toaster, TV or any other electronic device your body is absorbing way more RF on a daily basis than the tiny amounts that a laptop and a wireless AP puts out. This is why they are morons, and why you might due well to educate yourself on just how much RF we are and have been exposed to on a daily basis even before wifi and cell phones existed.
To address PX's concerns, people who think wifi is unhealthy need to eat more cheese, because they obviously have some sort of nutrient deficiency to cause them to draw such silly conclusions.  |

A car is a Faraday cage for lightning, but they do not - even with reflective window coverings - block electromagnetic radiation. Not only that, but even if they did there are numerous sources inside the vehicle - not the least of which is the radio - which are RF/EM sources in of themselves that would expose you.
So, like I said - hope you're wearing a grounded chainmail suit. Thanks for playing, though. It only helps prove that you have no horse in this argument. |
