Re: Mozilla announces Firefox Health Report, will phone home ...

Are you against others asking questions or making comments as well?
No where in my post is anything about shutting someone up either.

Do you have a link to the newsgroup article Mele20 mentioned because I certainly would like to read the full context of the article not what she chose to post.

I said this:

"There is a post in Mozilla newsgroups today from a developer saying that this was not supposed to have been posted. I am not sure exactly what he means, but he was chastising another regular in the Moz NGs for posting the version of Fx where this data collection will start and he said the email to developers asked that they not post anything about it."

He may have been talking about something else as it wasn't real clear to me and I started typing a reply to ask for clarification and the phone rang, then I had to leave, and I just now am back on the computer.

I don't know how to do a link from a news group that I display in Outlook Express. It is this thread "Mozilla announces Firefox Health Report, will phone home with data to improve the browser" in "mozilla.general", the last post. Maybe it will be clearer to you what he means and, if not, you can ask him since I never got my post asking finished and sent.
