<description><![CDATA[Libra posted : It seems that my husband got the Best Buy $1,000 scam on his cell phone also as a text message and my daughter got the religious invitation in a voice mail on her cell phone.<br><br>We have two landline phones in the house.  Yesterday we got a phone call from "Troopers Association" at the exact same time.  No message was left.  I think they are on a computer making these calls.  We've had that happen before also. <description><![CDATA[Libra posted : Well, so far I have received three scams.  The first was probably a text (I'm not sure) but it was supposedly from my credit card company.  I called the company and they didn't send me anything (my phone number wasn't even the number tied to the account.)<br><br>The second was a phone call with what sounded like an evangelist telling me to call some number and join their group.<br><br>And only last week, I received a text message saying I had won the prize for something I had entered re BestBuy and to go to an internet site and put in a code to receive my $1,000 prize.  I never entered anything and don't know how they are getting my cell phone number!<br>I'm on the do not call list for all phone numbers.<br><br>Sincerely, Libra]]></description>
