Apple Demands Another $707 Million in Damages From Samsung → Apple's losing their cases worldwide EXCEPT California

.... Apple has filed similar lawsuits vs Samsung, HTC and others all over the globe... and they lose---- except in California, where we see several things that created that situation--- mistakes by the Samsung legal team, exclusion of evidence, and a jury foreman with an axe to grind and his own point to make.

Honestly, I hope the case is tossed on appeal and sent back for a do-over.... and I hope the review of many of these patents results in them being voided for prior art and obviousness.

It's also clear that Apple has begun a war that they may lose in the long run... both HTC and Samsung are now moving to block Apple's newest products on the ground that they incorporate LTE technologies that both companies have a substantial portfolio of patents for.
