I will say his actual analysis of the play is very good...and quite detailed. It's all the rest of the silly nonsense that eventually drives me crazy. All that "God bless Texas" stuff, gunslingers, singing, and all the other crap. :p

His little show & tell about how he refers to certain QBs as 'gunslingers' was incredibly original....er, not.

Yeah, he really stunk it up. Something like 26 of 35, 323 yards, no turnovers, ran for two touchdowns (though credited with only one since he fumbled at the goal line on one of them), QB rating of about 103, the final two-minutes drive to put them in position for the game-winning field goal.

Maybe ask some of these Jets fans here if they wish they'd had some of that stink yesterday, eh? ;)

I agree this guy is pretty damn good the times I've seen him play. And if he stays healthy, I think he has the potential to be great one well beyond his rookie year.
You guys wouldn't consider trading him for Tebow, would you? :D

But this is the problem I've seen from the beginning since they signed Tebow. It was right after giving Sanchez a huge contract, and saying in so many words he was their guy.
If you yank him this early in the season, let the major QB controversy begin. (It's inevitable anyway, but maybe better later than sooner).

You don't have to start it...the fans already started it yesterday at the stadium, just like I knew they eventually would. And if Shancez doesn't get his act together (not to mention the rest of the team), it's going to get a lot worse.
