Uninstalled after an hour.
I couldn't get into it.

Well I have finally beaten it. Can't play all day and night now like I used to lol but a couple of hours here and there got it done. I liked it. It found it to be very similar to the original games and it's hard as hell. I didn't have to start it over but I sure wanted to a few times. It's also kinda buggy. Once you get use to the camera it's not so bad but then the last few days when the toons were on different elevations it would stand on its nose, that's my biggest beef. I was frustrated often with not having enough resources to do some of the things I wanted to but I would still recommend it.
I didn't have a problem with shot rolls being randomized, if I reloaded a saved game and played the same moves it was different. Shot's that hit before sometimes didn't as those that didn't did. The aliens were in different places etc.. But I do feel the AI cheats more than a seasoned politician on their spouse. At times I was just plain robbed but I still managed to get most of the achievements.

I love this game but still have not beaten it. It gets more difficult and I am considering starting over. I've lost so many good soldiers. Lost a lot of good Xcom countries too. |

I did see they are coming out with a exp pack already, glad to see this. Don't have the link on me as at work and it's all blocked here.
As long as it's not a crap ton of money, I am all in. Glad to see something like this so fast out of the gate. Could mean a lot of fun add-ons down the road. |

Sweet, I just went looking for the expansion pack information. I got the Elite Soldier Pack already from my retail boxed set but the DLC sounds really nice.
