My roomate computer is taking all my bandwith with his Skype
and my internet is just very very slow or stop working.
We use both D-link EBR-2310 wired router.
Theres any setting I can do in the router so we can both share equally the bandwidth??
Please help!

Does the router have any QoS options?

If it does, I would set up QoS options for all devices and set his to a low priority however still giving him some bandwidth.
