I just had a tomatillo tamal, so good

I had a local farmer I get my veggies and fruits from grow a bunch and he gave us a whole bag.

We did some good stuff with it... but now I've got only 1 lonely tomatillo sitting in my fridge and I do not know what to do with the poor fella.

Use to make salsa, mix it with other tomatoes and you will still get the flavor.
