reply to Jim Gurd Citibank Virtual Numbers worked just fine for many many years.Recently Citibank rolled out a new & "improved" website. Virtual Numbers stopped working. So did download of unbilled transactions.Cannot even email to complain from the new site without having 2-3 errors.I did get 1 complain thru & gave them great details on the issue.I got a "Which browser are you using?" from them.F&%$ you Citibank & your "can you reboot" support!!
In your "great details on the issue" did you include which browser you were using?
