Prosecuting the "demand" side doesn't really work. The drug war taught us that. Besides, if I stumble onto an awful website and accidentally download something illegal, I'm going to jail for life? That's ripe for abuse. |

It certainly works with a large enough sample set of a user's online activities to form a psychological profile. People don't 'stumble' onto the same images using specific keywords in the search engine or requesting certain .torrent files. |

Apparently, one of them is trying to disguise himself as a woman. And judging from the apparent ease at which the police seem to be tracking them down, the tips they're getting must be pretty consistent and reliable.
That poor kid is gonna go through Hell trying to recover from this.

On local radio the media spoke with a woman who was a relative of Leblanc's. When she first meet Cunningham he was dressed like a female and apparently her deception is quite convincing... |

On the flip side; in theory we're getting to the point where such material will not require real actors at all. In theory the actors could be simulations. Which then changes the entire concept - since you've eliminated victims in the creation - should it be legal.
