[Speed] upgraded to 105 service and not getting speed
I had blast service and upgraded to 105 service today. Upload looks to have improved but download is like I still have blast with powerboost. Tech that came for install said he would have to refer to maint. and you know how that goes.
Called chsi repair and they say modem has correct bootfile. Besides hoping maint. finds issue, do the numbers below look good in order for me to get the 105 service? Is there a place on sb6121 to see what bootfile the modem has?

also if the sb6121 is like the sb6120 when I had it, I believe in the modem log or status or w/e it's called it will tell what config it has dowonloaded. Unless you cleared it.
could try resetting the modem(factory reset) i think it will show you the config then when it boots up in the log can't be sure, I don't own a sb6121 but I am pretty sure you are getting the right config since your upload is so high.
Also your config file should look something like this
d11_m_5341_widebandshowcaseblast_c01.cm
or in your case d11_m_sb6121_widebandshowcaseblast_c01.cm i am guessing
