In theory it might be. For now Rogers has turned off the traffic management, so in practice it doesn't make much difference.

Their is no throttling on Start.

START also serves Cogeco's complete Ontario territory in the same manner (first Indie ISP to do so), and it seems to be working just fine, at least for me. :)

I went to the Teksavvy site and I can only get 6Mbps DSL. But at Start.ca, i plug in my postal code and says that 28Mbps Cable internet is available.

What gives ?
