I'd think you could get your insurance company to pay. What's your deductible?
For state roads, you can report potholes here - »www.state.nj.us/transportation/c···orm.shtm Every time I've reported a pothole, it gets fixed within 24 hours.

 | I did report it first on that website and then like 3 days later I have filled a claim with the state... the pot hole is still not fix its been over a month now. I took pictures and mailed them with my claim form.
The deductible is a $1000 |
