if you took the 3 off the 15 and 16 make 31

I am sure you have tried some of these but how about:

1-7-2 (gotten from taking 315 subtract all the numbers then you have 172)
36-16-89
36-16-38
16-89-38

Have you tried subtracting the next three numbers from the first??
I know the wheel only goes to 100, but it might be as simple as starting at "0" (Zero) and going that number for the first revolution, then that number BACK for the second revolution, then forward for that number for the third, or some permutation of that....

So 299, 226, 277...

Or 99, 26, 77...

Or, 99, back 226 numbers to 27, then forward 277 to 4...

Or something along those lines...

the last one i cut open had 3 purple vibrators in it. the one before that the owner decided to keep when we turned it over and thin silver chain necklaces started dripping out the gap around the door.
